Shipping Policy


At this time, we ship exclusively with Canada Post. All orders will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping and Handling charges are TBD when placing orders, and your original order confirmation email will not have Shipping and Handling charges added. We calculate Shipping and Handling charges only after we package, weigh, and measure your order as shipping charges are based on your location along with the size, weight, and value of the final package. 
 

Canada Post NOTICE for Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

The shipping address and the billing address MUST match.
