We accept returns and exchanges on brand new, never installed parts within 30 days of purchase. All returns on special order parts (parts we do not keep in stock) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical parts and special tools are non-returnable (unless approved by us first). Freight is non-refundable (unless we are responsible for the mistake). You have 48 hours from the time the package is delivered/signed for to notify us of any damaged or missing parts. No returns are accepted on parts that are installed on your vehicle...no exceptions.
To process a return/exchange write your order number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Ship the parts back to us at:

All returned parts MUST have the original OEM label, packing material and box they came in. No returns will be accepted without these. We will also not accept a return if the part arrives damaged. We will inspect each return and issue the credit to your credit card once the part or parts are deemed available for resale. If the parts do not meet the criteria above, we will ship the parts back to you at your expense. We encourage you to email us the tracking # of the return so we can monitor its arrival. We strongly recommend you insure your return package to its full value to protect against shipping damages. For an exchange, we'll charge your credit card for the new part and ship immediately, and issue you a credit on the part being returned when we receive it.
